TEMPO acts as a partner in several projects under programmes funded by European Commission. These programmes are aimed especially at education and training. The main goal of all programmes, we are involved in, is to help to discover and enlarge new and more effective approaches to education being encouraged by intercultural cooperation. As well, to ensure special social care or to encourage employment in the region with special focus on problematic groups such as long-term unemployed, young people, women, and disabled people.
Each project responds to actual economical and social problems within the European Union. Concrete products as a result of cooperation should be commercially available and usable.
Tempo’s important role consists in the contribution to the development of European training curriculum, and the implementation of European standards into the Czech environment. The company also supports the sharing and transfer of knowledge and experiences, as well as in wide IT support provided by our strong IT department. This department takes an important role in technical support of international projects, which is based on knowledge of our IT designers.
