Culture 2007 is a European Programme regarding the strengthening of common cultural area shared by EUropean citizens. This programme is a following one to the Culture 2000 Programme, which has been active from 2000 to 2006.

Culture 2007 supports mainly international mobilities of people working in the cultural sphere, intercultural dialogue and international circuit of cultural and artistic production. The Programme shall be open to the participation of non-audiovisual cultural industries, in particular small cultural enterprises, where such industries are acting in a non-profit-making cultural capacity.
