eAccess is an E-learning programme targeted to disabled people nevertheless it’s possible to be used for a more general range of subjects. It’s positive because of the recent growing interest of academic research communities, industrial, and policy making bodies at national and international level, on Internet universal accessibility.
The goal of this project is to integrate results from diversely developed efforts in the design and development of non-excluding web-based education and training services. Moreover, it aims to contribute to the development of software tools that will identify the special needs of the users.

Tempo´s role
The main role was participating at the workpackage 3. The content of this part of the project was to develop web-based courses for motor disabled people, blind and limited vision people. Fore these courses we used software developed by CERTH. Tempo evaluated the softwares and also worked with the activity dissemination.
Aims, objectives
e-ACCESS addresses the needs of communities with special needs in order to provide them accessible web-content learning and training. Therefore, the three main target groups are:
►Vocational education and training content providers: people that design, create, locate, organise, re-use and publish vocational learning and training web-based content.
►User communities with special interaction and educational needs who will directly benefit from the results of the project, will have access to web training services
►User communities related experts: educational and pedagogical experts, carers and tutors, that support the users in their everyday activities and scientifically approach their needs and preferences
