Tempo´s role
TEMPO ensures the development and maintenance of the project website, to input of all material, information, etc. On the other hand, we collaborate with the market research of the lift sector in the Czech Republic, we define the required competences of the lift technician, we assist with the development of the curricula and the training material, and we evaluate the developed material and methodology. Our organisation also ensures the translation of the products/materials into Czech and we validate the project results by means of a link on the website and the network to which we belong.

Aims, objectives
The mainl objective of the project is tripartite. First, we want to establish a European-based curriculum for the basic training of the lift technician, with connected e-learning training material and regular training material (manuals, course). On the other hand, we want to establish European-based curricula for the continued training of the lift technician, i.e. Assembly and Repair technique. Third intention is to formulate the methodology for the coach who tracks the employees in the lift sector on the work floor. This also requires the development of e-learning material to transfer knowledge. However, this e-learning material will never be used solely, but always in combination with learning on the work floor. Within this project, we would like to gain insight into the required competences for the lift technician; we will base our new European curricula and training courses on this insight. To do so, a certain methodology needs to be applied.
