Duration: 06/01/2003 – 06/09/2005
Vocational training has become one of the most important progress factors for the modern societies. The European Union considers an accumulation of identities, each country being characterized by its own economic, social, legislative system.
The problem becomes more complex considering the fact that the educational and vocational training systems differ considerably from one country to another.
In order to meet these requirements, vocational centres are trying to maximize the efficiency of training courses. The European institutions, based on decentralized programs and initiatives, focus upon promoting a common educational and vocational policy, at European level.
The ROI - Return on Investment in Training project wants to promote the quality of training and reinforce the innovation process of vocational training.
