ACTIVE WOMAN project is aimed to reduce the women unemployment rate in the region of Moravia – Silesia. As well, it motivates women to establish trades, and small and medium enterprises. The impulse of creating this project has arisen due to the alarming situation of women in Moravia Silesia region in the Czech Republic. One of the tools of active employment policy is to create new job positions for candidates interested on starting their own businesses. We have decided to support this principal in ACTIVE WOMAN project, where we would like to motivate women to active self-employment and to create new job positions.

Tempo´s role and objectives
The main purpose of Active Women was to create the www.aktivni-zena.cz website. The e-Learning educational module is based on “woman friendly” features; creates legal, tax, and account consulting for beginner entrepreneurs. Also promotes active dissemination of outputs and know-how information of the ACTIVE WOMAN project, and finally using all possible channels for information diffusion to the target group.
