Businesswoman project supports women to settle their own businesses. This support contributes to the unemployment prevention at the labor market. The project goals will be reached through the 8+1 e-Learning modules and interactive workshops. We work with: women at maternity leave, longtime unemployed women and women threatened by unemployment, women with a basic educational level, businesswomen or women who would like to set their own businesses.

Tempo´s role

The project is connected to an internet portal, where the e-Learning modules are placed. The e-Learning is going to prepare women for their future businesses. Businesswoman project contributes also to the increasing of adaptability at the labor market, self confidence, knowledge and skills and includes image consulting. In 4 regions with the highest unemployment rate (Ústecký, Moravskoslezský, Jihomoravský, Olomoucký) will take place these educational modules as well as presence classes.
