The goal of  “Child is not a handicap“ project is to support mothers with children, who would like to return to work and to improve the cooperation of mother’s centres and other organizations which are dealing with adjusting family and working live theme. The common project partners thought is to equalize the men’s and women’s chances on the labour market. The project is realized in two levels where the first one is to help mothers (men are also accepted) with the children to return back to the work through increasing their chances at interview with potential employers. Secondly the project improves the cooperation of mother’s centres and other organizations which are dealing with adjusting family and working live theme.

Tempo´s role

The project outputs are E-learning course, web site with communication portal, E-learning course test, discussion groups and booklets and finally the round tables, seminars and conferences.
