Through education and individual consulting to the active entrance to labour market for long term unemployed people or people threatened by long term unemployment

The main aim of the project PERSPECTIVE WAY is to increase efficiently the active policy of employment for long-term unemployed people and for people threaten long-term unemployment. Especially we focus on the people who belong to disadvantaged groups on the labour market (pregnant women, suckling women, and people taking care of child under 15 years old). During running project will arrange to participants educational courses like Computer general skills, which lead to increasing competitive advantage on the labour market (successful oral communication, assertive behaviour, Time-Management, how make presentation persuasive, communication in difficult situations), education specialized in self business activity (sub base, ground of business), education increasing their skills in special language areas (technical English)

There is an important factor in the field of the consultancy service, which offer personal agencies like: Český svaz žen (Czech women union), and Institut rozvoje podnikání (IRP), when the consultancy service refers to self businesses. Part of the consultancy services provided by one of personal agencies will be working on the diagnostics of project partners, focusing on possible future career orientation. During the process, the whole consultancy service will be setting accent on individual approach to every participant. When talking about active policy of employment, the project partners that participate in educational or consultant services take care of children. The purpose is to show an interesting form of education accredited to the course.  It awakes an interest of lifetime education and increases the prevention of unemployment on the chosen target group. The project evaluation and monitoring will be carried out by NVF, an experienced partner organisation. The project will be realized in the area of Prague. The grant within the framework of project will be drawn according to the “De Minimis Rule”.
