The European Employment Strategy is based on four pillars: ► Employability: bridging the skills gap in Europe on the attempt of preventing the long term unemployed and other disadvantaged groups to become increasingly excluded ► Entrepreneurship: encouraging the development of self-employment, reducing administrative formalities and identifying new sources of employment ► Adaptability: increasing the ability of workers to cope successfully with changes in the labor market ► Equal opportunities: facilitating the entry of more women in to the labor market.
In the same way how the European Employment Strategy is built, also our projects are realized. We put the strategy into practice through the realization of concrete activities. The goal, which is common for all the projects, is especially to contribute to the system of additional education. Our targeted groups work in individual projects, according to the strategy of regions development and with the new qualifications needed in the labor market. TEMPO makes a wide range of projects supported by the European Union financial resources. The priority for our activities is the European Social Fund, where the base is OP Human Resources Development or JPD3. For the new programming period 2007 – 2013 our attention will be directed to the consequential operational programs in the Czech Republic, especially on Human Resources and Employment Programs or the Education for Competitiveness Program. |
