TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING is a Czech company established in 1996 as a training center with the activities divided in the areas of:

► Training programs to enhance managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
► Vocational training for managers, entrepreneurs, trainers, disabled people, unemployed, women in needs, and immigrants.
► Language courses
► Computer education and training for personal computer users, and software professionals, Web Designing, Systems Programming, Networking, Database Design.
► E-learning

We also participate and develop through educational research and realization of European cooperation projects. This is made in conjunction with the European Union programs, like Leonardo Da Vinci, Socrates, Phare, 6. FP, Culture 2000.

 

History background

TEMPO training center began in 1996 trying to get into the market specialized education in the areas of computer training, management, entrepreneurial, and language courses. Due to the broad competitiveness in the field of training, we found it necessary to put emphasis on the high quality of all our activities. Now this is a ruling principle in TEMPO.
After, several chances of participating appeared with European Union programs like Phare, Leonardo da Vinci, Socrates and Initiative EQUAL. Since 1998 we have participated on many projects and this number increases every day.
TEMPO tries to get the best of the high quality human-capital resources that Czech Republic offers. Czech Republic has one of the highest literacy rates in the world and ranks a high position on the list of countries with technically skilled personnel. After the velvet revolution of 1989, Czech Republic has lived a fast modernization process, specially focused on the use of Information Technology. TEMPO moves along with the fast growing of software technology and systems consulting too. The pool of skilled computer programmers, software specialists and professionals in the Czech Republic is impressive, and this rate is growing every day.

 

Our strengths

► Our experience and contacts in the IT industry, and the access to high quality software professionals, make us able to exploit the potential that the software consulting field has to offer. We have an interesting roster of software consultants from Czech Republic, who we would like to introduce to our clients in the United States and Western Europe. The areas of expertise of our consultants include: Systems Programming, Networking, Database Design, Implementation and Administration, Applications Programming, Java Programming, Internet Based Applications, and ERP (Enterprise-wide Resource Planning).

► For the managerial and entrepreneurial training area, and also on the field of EU Projects; TEMPO co-operates with the University of Economics of Prague, the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Ostrava, and the Psychological Centre ZABRSA to provide Managerial and Entrepreneurial Training. We provide courses for entrepreneurs, which are custom-made and based on the needs of our clients. The courses for entrepreneurs, are based on their individual approach, and are connected with consultancy and guidance in the business cases. The orientation of our module is tailored for the needs of managers of Small and Middle Sized Enterprises in Czech Republic. It is connected with practical recommendations having an impact on increased competitiveness of SME´s.

► Because of our international contacts, TEMPO participates in the European integration process through EU educational programmes, where we have the chance to implement our conception. TEMPO is involved in certain partnership projects under the LEONARDO DA VINCI AND SOCRATES programmes, and we expect to start several new projects in the future. Considering that our goal is to achieve 100% quality on all our activities, we are continuously increasing the vocational level of our trainers and EU experts.
